Following Jesus Today
To follow Jesus means to put your trust in him and his Kingdom. Put simply, this means organizing our lives around the life and teachings of Jesus. As Romans 10:9 says, If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” Putting your trust & faith in Jesus, and having him as the Lord of your life is the greatest decision you can ever make.
Our hope is that you might come to know Christ as Lord & Savior, to see our cities transformed. Below are some ways you can begin to do this.

Discipleship Pathway
At Victory City, we believe that discipleship is at the heart of following Jesus. The New Testament often refers to believers as “disciples.” To be a disciple means to intentionally place our trust in Jesus and learn from Him how to live. Our church is committed to helping you growing your discipleship journey through our ‘Discipleship Pathway’ — which is a reliable process to help you grow in Christ and live for his glory.
This process involves five core rhythms that we practice both individually and corporately. Alongside these rhythms, are key steps like Alpha, Rooted, and Other Courses to help you grow in your faith, that we encourage all to do if applicable.

Decide to follow Jesus as your Lord & Savior. Commit your whole life to him and enter into discipleship with him.

Gather with us on Sunday at 10AM. Continue to join us for worship, community, prayer & other events in the church calendar.

Join a team and make an impact in our community & body. Join us for Avenues to find out more about how you can get involved.

Be generous with your finances, time and resources for the Kingdom.

Join a regular community meeting each week. To join a City Group, we invite you to attend Avenues (which runs every other month).

Baptism - Be Transformed
Baptism is an important decision, in which a person publicly marks their life for Jesus. We as a community get to celebrate with those that mark their commitment to God. To get baptized and learn more, please click the link below.
Try Alpha - Explore Faith
Alpha is an 8-week course designed to help you explore the basics of the Christian faith in a low-pressure, discussion-based environment. Each week there’s time to connect with others, watch a short film on an aspect of the Christian faith, and discuss your questions with others.
City Groups - Live in Community
We encourage anyone part of our local church family to find transformation, discipleship, and growth in a small community. This happens best over time, around food, conversations, and alongside committed people. Our Groups meet weekly various days. Each group is led by trusted individuals or couples integral to Victory City. Safety and trust are important to our team and church. We hope you can find people to do life with.
Rooted - Grow deeper
Rooted is an 8-week small group experience designed to connect you to God, the church, and your purpose. Together, in a group of 8-10 people from all walks of life, you’ll explore the Bible, engage in prayer and serve experiences, share stories, and practice rhythms essential to a healthy spiritual life. These spiritual rhythms aren’t new, or something the church recently created, every one of them is found in Acts 2 where the early church began. If you want to grow in your faith and learn more about these rhythms, Rooted is for you.
